How to Resend or Reprint a Receipt

Easily resend or reprint transaction receipts by navigating to the Transactions menu, selecting the specific entry, and choosing the desired delivery method.

Manage your transaction documentation by accessing the transaction details within your account. Follow these steps to either email a new copy or print a physical receipt.

1. Locate the Transaction

  • Click Transactions on the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Use the search bar to find the specific entry by name, dollar amount, or date.

  • Click on the transaction to open the details view.


2. Choose Your Action

To Resend via Email

  1. Select Resend Receipt from the right-side menu.

  2. Enter the cardholder’s email address.

  3. Click Resend Receipt to confirm.

To Reprint a Physical Copy

  1. Click View/Print Receipt.

  2. A new window will open with the receipt; use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P) to print.
