Statements Overview

Learn how to access monthly AffiniPay billing statements, interpret processing fee breakdowns, and understand card brand allocations.

Monthly statements summarize your processing activity, accrued fees, and deposit account details.

Accessing Your Statements

Statements are generally available by the 5th of each month for the previous month's activity. To view them:

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of AffiniPay.

  2. Select Statements.

  3. Click Billing Statement to download the PDF for your records.

Note: Access is restricted to Owners, Admins, and users with the "View Statements" permission. For firms on legacy billing systems, historical data is located under Reports > Monthly Summary.


How to Read Your Statement

Your statement is organized into three key sections to help you reconcile your accounts quickly:

1. Account Summary

A high-level snapshot of the total volume processed, total fees owed, and the specific date those fees will be debited from your account. It also lists all individual bank accounts on file.

2. Processing Fee Summary

A detailed breakdown of costs categorized by:

  • Payment Volume: Fees based on the total amount processed per payment type (Credit vs. eCheck), including transaction counts and specific rates.

  • Card Brand Fees: Includes American Express fees and "Allocated Card Brand Fees"—network costs that AffiniPay distributes based on reasonable judgment when not provided per-transaction by the networks.

3. Other Fees

Lists any miscellaneous or fixed monthly service fees accrued during the billing period.
