When visitors on your site click the Pay Online button—whether they are applying for membership, registering for an event, or making a donation—they are directed to a secure Wild Apricot payment form.
The Payment Workflow
Submission: The member completes the payment form.
Processing: Once the payment is processed, the visitor is automatically returned to the Invoices and Payments tab on their member profile.
Confirmation: If successful, a new invoice and a corresponding payment entry will appear in their profile.
Security and Data Handling
Secure Transmission: For your security, credit card information is never stored in Wild Apricot.
Encryption: Data is securely transmitted directly to AffiniPay for processing.
Status Recording: AffiniPay returns the transaction status, which is then recorded within the Wild Apricot transaction details for your records.
