Connecting Your AffiniPay Account to Wild Apricot

Link your AffiniPay account to Wild Apricot by navigating to the Finances settings and authorizing the connection to enable seamless integrated payments.

Integrate your existing AffiniPay account with your Wild Apricot site to streamline your organization’s financial management.

Setup Instructions

  1. In your Wild Apricot dashboard, navigate to the settings menu and select Finances, then click Payment Settings.

  2. Scroll down to the "Do you already have an account?" section.

    • Click the Connect with existing account button. (Figure 1)

    • Note: If you don't see this button, click Learn More at the top of the screen first to reveal the connection option. (Figure 2)

  3. You will be redirected to the AffiniPay login screen. Enter your credentials and click Authorize.

  4. Once returned to Wild Apricot, adjust your specific payment preferences and click Save Changes.
