If AffiniPay is prompting you for a validation code but you haven't received it, follow these steps based on your chosen delivery method.
Email Validation Codes
If you are expecting a code via email:
Check Folders: Look in your Spam or Junk folders to see if the message was filtered.
Whitelist Sender: Add [email protected] to your email contact list or safe-senders list to improve future delivery.
Text Message (SMS) Validation Codes
If you are expecting a code via text:
Check Service Status: It is possible our third-party SMS provider is experiencing a temporary outage. You can check the current service status here.
