Validation codes provide an essential layer of security by requiring a secondary code in addition to your password. AffiniPay will prompt you for this code every 30 days or whenever a new browser session is detected.
Delivery Methods
By default, codes are sent to your account's primary email address. You can choose from three delivery options:
Email (Default)
Text Message (SMS)
How to Switch from Email to Text Notifications
To receive your validation codes via SMS, follow these steps:
Click your username in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
Locate "Associated Mobile Number" and click the blue now! link.
Enter your phone number and click Add number.
Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click Verify number.
In the "Validate my session via" dropdown menu, change the setting from Email to Text.
Enter your current password in the "Current password" field and click Save Changes.
