PCI Compliance Guide

Complete your annual PCI compliance quickly by accessing the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) through the admin settings in your AffiniPay account.

AffiniPay provides a complimentary PCI compliance program to help you secure cardholder data. By following this guide, you can meet compliance requirements in just a few minutes.

How to Become Compliant

  1. Log In: Sign in to your AffiniPay Account.

    Note: Only Account Owners and Admin-level users can access the PCI portal.

  2. Access the Portal: Select the PCI compliance portal from the login link above or find it in the drop-down menu under your name in the top-right corner.

  3. Start the Assessment: Click the Renew Questionnaire or Take Questionnaire button.

  4. Complete the SAQ: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).

Post-Completion Details

  • Certification: Upon successful completion, you can download a PCI compliance certificate.

  • Validity: Your certificate is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.

  • Automatic Notification: AffiniPay is notified automatically once you are compliant; there is no need to send us your certificate.
