The Account Updater performs weekly automated checks on your stored client payment data:

  • Weekly Scans: The system automatically reviews payment data for upcoming expiration dates or changes.

  • Bank Synchronization: If data is outdated, AffiniPay retrieves the latest details directly from the client’s issuing bank.

  • Automatic Updates: New card numbers or expiration dates are applied to the record automatically, ensuring seamless future transactions.
