Quick Bill is a simplified feature in CPACharge that allows you to bypass the full billing workflow and send a direct payment request to a client for a specific amount.
Sending a Quick Bill
Click the blue Send Quick Bill button located in the top of your dashboard.
Fill in the Client Email, Payment Amount, and select the appropriate Deposit Account.
Note: All other fields are optional.
Attach Documents (Optional): Click Choose File to select a document from your computer.
You can add multiple attachments up to a total size of 10 MB.
Once attached, the filename will appear below the button with an option to remove it if needed.
Click Send.
Viewing and Managing Quick Bills
You can track, update, or resend your requests at any time from the Quick Bills tab on the left side of the dashboard.
To Edit or Resend: Click on a specific Quick Bill from the overview page.
Available Actions:
Resend: Send the bill to the client again.
Edit: Update the information on the existing bill.
Mark as Paid: Manually update the status if you receive payment via another method.
Delete: This option is available specifically for Owners and Admins.
