Customizing your payment pages with your business logo provides a professional, familiar experience for your clients. Follow these steps to upload or remove your logo.
Steps to Upload Your Logo
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to the Payment Pages tab.
Click Browse... to find the logo file on your computer.
Once the file is selected, click Upload Logo.
Logo Requirements
To ensure your logo looks its best on all devices, please follow these specifications:
Accepted Formats: PNG, JPG, or GIF.
Minimum Size: At least 140px by 140px.
Managing Your Logo
Once your image is uploaded, you can use the built-in tools to:
Crop: Adjust the framing of the image to fit the payment page layout.
Remove: Delete the current logo if you need to revert to a text-only header or upload a new version.
