Key Tips for Success

  • Disable QuickBooks Payments: Ensure the Cards box at the top of the invoice is cleared so clients use your AffiniPay link instead of QuickBooks' native processing.

  • Template Naming: Give your template a clear name, such as "AffiniPay Invoice," to easily distinguish it from default styles.

  • Multiple Pages: If you use multiple payment pages for different services, you may need to utilize a custom invoice.

❗️TIP

Always send a test invoice to yourself first to ensure the link is active and directs clients to the correct deposit account.
