AffiniPay QR codes allow your clients to complete payments quickly and securely entirely on their mobile devices.
How it Works
When a client scans your unique QR code, they are redirected to a secure, mobile-optimized payment page where they can enter their card or bank account information to submit a payment instantly.
Accessing Your QR Code
Follow these steps to find and use your code:
Open Charge: In your AffiniPay account, click the Charge tab.
Select Account: Click the QR code icon next to the specific account where you want funds deposited.
Save or Print:
To Save: Right-click the QR code image to copy and paste it into a digital document.
To Print: Click the Print button to generate a physical copy.
Best Practices for Use
At Reception: Display the code at your desk for a seamless, contactless checkout experience.
On Invoices: Include the code on printed invoices to let clients pay the moment they receive them.
Digital Sharing: Add the code to your email signature or digital PDF receipts.
